Our 4-Step QC Process
Incoming Material Inspection
All fabrics, zippers, buckles, and accessories are inspected upon arrival. Materials failing our standards are rejected before entering production.
In-Line Inspection
QC staff patrol production lines checking stitching quality, alignment, and assembly at every key station. Issues are corrected immediately.
Finished Product Inspection
Every completed bag undergoes full inspection: zipper function, seam strength, logo placement, color accuracy, and overall appearance.
Pre-Shipment AQL Inspection
Before packing, a random sample is inspected per AQL 2.5 standard. Inspection reports with photos are shared with clients before shipment.
Quality & Inspection Support
Strict In-House QC
Quality checks are carried out throughout production and before shipment.
Third-Party Inspection Supported
Third-party inspection can be arranged upon customer request.
Customer-Specified Testing
Testing can be arranged according to customer or market requirements.
Our Quality Commitment
Defective products are reworked or replaced at no extra cost. We provide detailed inspection reports with photos before every shipment. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage.
